OLEDWorks, a leading provider of OLED lighting solutions, has partnered with Audi to integrate its innovative OLED lighting panels into the new 2026 Audi Q3 SUV. This cutting-edge technology enables personalization and intelligent lighting, allowing drivers to customize their vehicle’s appearance. The OLED lighting system is available as an optional feature for Q3 customers.

The Q3’s rear lighting system features six OLED modules, each comprising 36 individually controllable segments. This configuration allows for up to four distinct digital light signatures, providing a unique visual identity for the vehicle. With a total of 216 OLED lighting panels on each side of the car, the Q3 boasts a striking and customizable lighting design. Additionally, an integrated LED light strip complements the OLED panels, further enhancing the vehicle’s visual appeal.

The OLED lighting system is not only aesthetically pleasing but also prioritizes road safety. Equipped with proximity detection and V2X (vehicle to everything) communication capabilities, the taillights can respond to nearby vehicles and display dynamic hazard warnings. This feature improves road safety by alerting other drivers to potential hazards and promoting a more responsive and adaptive driving environment.

This partnership marks the latest collaboration between OLEDWorks and Audi, as the company’s OLED panels are also featured in the Audi A5 and A6 models. The integration of OLED lighting technology into Audi’s vehicles underscores the manufacturer’s commitment to innovation and customer experience. By offering customizable and intelligent lighting solutions, Audi is redefining the driving experience and setting a new standard for the automotive industry. With the 2026 Audi Q3, drivers can enjoy a unique and personalized driving experience, enhanced by the cutting-edge OLED lighting technology provided by OLEDWorks.
