The TVS Motor Company is set to launch its new adventure motorcycle, the TVS Apache RTX 300, in India. This marks the company’s entry into the 300cc adventure touring category, one of the fastest-growing segments in the country. The RTX 300 was first showcased at the 2025 Bharat Mobility Expo as a prototype and is now ready for its official launch.

The TVS Apache RTX 300 features an all-new 299cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine called the RTX D4, which produces 35 hp and 28.5 Nm of torque. The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox and a slipper clutch, promising smooth shifts and exciting performance on various terrains. In terms of design, the RTX 300 has a tall windscreen, sharp front fairing, beak-style fender, and split-seat layout, giving it a quintessential adventure bike look.

The motorcycle is built around a steel trellis frame and features upside-down (USD) front forks and a rear monoshock for a comfortable and stable ride. The 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheels are wrapped in dual-purpose tires, making it suitable for both highways and light off-roading. On the technology front, the RTX 300 boasts a full-color TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, and smartphone pairing. Additionally, it features dual-channel ABS, multiple riding modes, traction control, and switchable ABS, offering a complete adventure experience with safety and control.

The TVS Apache RTX 300 will compete with other adventure motorcycles in the market, including the KTM 250 Adventure and Yezdi Adventure. With its impressive features and capabilities, the RTX 300 is poised to make a significant impact in the Indian motorcycle market.
