Citroën India is expanding its presence in the country with the launch of its 126th point of sales and service in Chennai. This new 3S facility is an extension of the company’s partnership with VTK Automobiles, a long-standing franchise partner in the city. The new facility is strategically located at Chitlapakkam near Chrompet, aiming to increase Citroën’s coverage in the city and improve accessibility for both sales and aftersales customers. The showroom provides an immersive brand environment where customers can explore, customize, and experience Citroën’s products in a unified space.

This expansion is part of Citroën’s “Shift Into The New” strategy, which focuses on deepening localization, expanding the dealer and service footprint, and elevating customer-centric product and ownership experiences across India. The company has seen significant growth in the quarter, driven by product innovation, expanded export programs, and strengthened engineering and software capabilities. Citroën’s renewed focus on India-centric products, expanded customer ecosystem, and strengthened manufacturing capabilities has accelerated its domestic growth.

In another development, Citroën India, in association with its Gujarat dealership La Maison Nanavati, handed over 51 Citroën C3 CNG vehicles to the Luthra Group at their Surat headquarters. This delivery highlights Citroën’s commitment to eco-friendly and cost-efficient transportation and its expanding presence in Tier-II and Tier-III markets. The Citroën C3 CNG is an ideal solution for daily commutes, offering exceptional comfort, low running costs, and reliable performance. With its spacious interiors, robust air-conditioning, and suspension tuned for Indian roads, the C3 CNG is well-suited for high-usage environments.

Citroën’s expansion in India is a testament to the company’s commitment to enhancing customer accessibility and brand reach. With its growing network of dealerships and service centers, Citroën is well-positioned to cater to the evolving needs of personal and business mobility solutions across the country. The company’s focus on eco-friendly and cost-efficient transportation solutions, such as the C3 CNG, is also expected to resonate with Indian customers who are increasingly looking for sustainable and affordable mobility options.
