Flying Flea, a design-first city+ mobility brand endorsed by Royal Enfield, made a significant impact at this year’s Paris Design Week with a creative takeover at École Duperré. The event was a collaboration between Flying Flea and the renowned design school, where artists, designers, and students interpreted the brand’s philosophy, “Live Lightly.” The takeover transformed the school into a four-floor celebration of artistic vision, craftsmanship, and collaboration over three days, from September 5-7.

The event featured a dynamic space for interaction and reflection in the school’s central courtyard, curated by multidisciplinary artist Mattia Biagi. Biagi also showcased his art bike piece, Motototem, which combines artistic vision, innovative thinking, and environmental consciousness. Visitors explored handcrafted pieces and bespoke bikes, including the single- and dual-seat variants of the FF.C6, Flying Flea’s first electric motorcycle.

The FF.C6 is inspired by the original 1940s Flying Flea motorcycle, which played a significant role in World War II. The motorcycles were styled, photographed, and modeled by students, showcasing the spirit and authenticity of Parisian culture. The event also featured installations by École Duperré student Sarah Bouyssou, live art and cafe, and immersive master classes with the Flying Flea brand and design team.

Mario Alvisi, Chief Growth Officer of Flying Flea and Royal Enfield Electric Vehicles, commented on the collaboration, stating that it marks the beginning of the brand’s journey in Paris. He also announced the opening of Flying Flea’s first company-operated flagship store in Paris in early 2026. Alvisi emphasized that France is not only a significant market for the brand but also a country with a rich history and cultural significance, making it an ideal location for the flagship store.

The event concluded with a panel discussion and an evening of music and conversation on the rooftop of École Duperré, offering panoramic views of the Paris city skyline. The collaboration between Flying Flea and École Duperré was a resounding success, showcasing the brand’s commitment to creative expression and innovation. With the upcoming flagship store in Paris, Flying Flea is poised to make a significant impact in the European two-wheeler EV market.
