The F.C.C. TSR Honda France team has achieved a historic victory at the 8 Hours of Spa Motos, overcoming challenging weather conditions and intense competition. The team, consisting of riders Corentin Perolari and Alan Techer, strategically navigated the ever-changing track conditions, adopting a cautious approach to secure maximum points. Starting from fourth on the grid, Perolari led the first lap and set the race lap record, while Techer took over and maintained a strong pace. The team’s smart strategy and rider performance enabled them to reclaim the lead in the penultimate hour, ultimately crossing the finish line with a gap of over 50 seconds ahead of the runner-up.

This victory marks a significant milestone for the team, who had not won a race in two years. The team’s last win was at Le Mans in 2023, and this victory is a testament to their hard work and determination. The win also propels the team to fourth place in the provisional FIM Endurance World Championship standings, setting them up for a strong position ahead of the next race, the Suzuka 8 Hours on August 3rd.

Other notable performances included the Tati Team AVA6 racing team, who achieved an impressive seventh-place finish with a newly formed squad, including two rookie riders. The National Motos Honda FMA team claimed a well-earned podium in the Superstock category, with the Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP #55 ridden by Valentin Suchet, Guillaume Raymond, and John Nigon. The Wójcik Racing Team #777 SST also made an impressive debut, securing a solid fifth-place finish in their category.

The victory was met with elation from the F.C.C. TSR Honda France team, with riders Alan Techer and Corentin Perolari expressing their joy and relief at the win. Techer stated, “For us, it’s incredible. We haven’t won for two years… We stayed focused, didn’t make any mistakes, and the last few minutes felt like hours! It’s a great reward for us.” Perolari added, “The race wasn’t that easy… But we managed to avoid all the dangers. In any case, I’m really happy to finish in this way. We’d been fast all week and, above all, we didn’t make any mistakes during the race.”
