Tata Motors has increased its partnership with Magenta Mobility, a green logistics company, by delivering 20 more units of its Ace EV, bringing the total fleet to 350 units. This is part of a larger agreement between the two companies to deploy 500 Ace EVs. The Ace EV fleet is now operational in 10 cities across India, covering over 50 lakh kilometers and saving an estimated 2,500 tonnes of CO2 emissions. The vehicles are being used in various sectors, including e-commerce, FMCG, and dairy logistics.
According to Magenta Mobility’s Founder and CEO, Maxson Lewis, the Tata Ace EV has consistently delivered high performance, reliability, and driver-friendly experience. The company is planning to expand its green logistics footprint across India, with Tata Motors’ reliable service ecosystem and proven technology being a key factor in this partnership. The Ace EV has a certified range of 161km and a payload capacity of 1,000kg, making it an ideal choice for last-mile deliveries.
