The INDIANPSU CSR Impact Award 2025 was a memorable evening held at the Mirza Ghalib Chamber, SCOPE Convention Centre in New Delhi. The event was attended by a large and enthusiastic audience, with Chairman Prasar Bharati, Mr. Navneet Kumar Sehgal, as the Chief Guest. Mr. Sehgal praised the efforts of Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) in building the nation and expressed hope that loss-making PSUs will soon turn profitable.
The guests of honor included Mr. Deepak Mishra, Mr. Rajeev Agarwal, Mr. Alok Verma, and Senior Advocate Ramesh Gupta. Mr. Rajeev Agarwal spoke about the important contribution of PSUs to the country through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and nation-building. Vivek Avasthi, Editor-in-Chief of indianpsu.com, welcomed the guests and thanked the CMDs of various PSUs for their support.
The awards ceremony recognized the outstanding contributions of PSUs and NGOs in various categories. Indian Oil Corporation Limited won the most awards, including the special award “From Energy to Excellence – The Most Decorated PSU”. Other winners included Coal India Ltd, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, HLL Lifecare Limited, and Petronet LNG Limited.
The Lifetime Achievement Award was given to Dr. Bhaskar Chatterjee, known as the Father of Indian CSR, who was unable to attend due to health reasons. His award was received by Professor Rohan Sarma, who also won the CSR Trailblazer of the Decade award. The NGO category winners included Rotary Foundation (India), Helpage India Foundation, Smile Foundation India, and Dulari Devi Foundation.
The evening concluded with a group photograph of all the awardees, marking a successful and memorable event. The INDIANPSU CSR Impact Award 2025 aimed to recognize and appreciate the efforts of PSUs and NGOs in contributing to the country’s growth and development through CSR initiatives.
