With over two decades of experience in marketing and digital transformation, Shilpa brings a wealth of knowledge from her previous roles at leading financial institutions in India, including ICICI Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, and HDFC ERGO. She was part of the founding team at IDFC Bank, where she headed digital business and marketing analytics functions. Shilpa is also an engineer with a management degree and is currently pursuing her PhD in Management at IIT Bombay.
