The Himachal Pradesh State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission bench led by Justice Inder Singh Mehta (President) allowed an appeal by the State Bank of India against the Complainant who alleged unauthorized withdrawals of Rs. 4 Lakhs from his savings bank account.
