In a move to enhance the commuting experience for Bengaluru metro passengers, the Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) has signed an agreement with Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation (GCMMF), the company behind the popular Amul brand. As part of this agreement, Amul kiosks will be set up at 10 prominent Bengaluru metro stations.

The BMRCL aims to provide a convenient and rewarding experience for its passengers, and the partnership with Amul is expected to achieve this goal. The Amul kiosks will offer a range of products, including milk, curd, butter, cheese, and other dairy items, making it easily accessible for commuters to grab a quick snack or drink while on-the-go.

The 10 metro stations where Amul kiosks will be set up include Majestic, M.G. Road, Indiranagar, Baiyappanahalli, Swami Vivekananda Road, Peenya, Yeshwanthpur, Jayanagar, Koramangala, and MG Road. These stations are among the busiest and most popular routes, ensuring maximum visibility and footfall for the Amul kiosks.

The partnership is expected to benefit both parties involved. For BMRCL, the agreement will generate additional revenue through rent and advertising, while Amul will gain access to a large and captive customer base. With over 4 lakh passengers using the Bengaluru metro every day, the Amul kiosks are expected to witness significant sales and revenue generation.
