Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited has announced the re-appointment of three directors following a Board of Directors meeting. The re-appointments are subject to approval by members through a postal ballot. The directors to be re-appointed are:

* Gopika Pant, a non-executive independent director, for a second term of five consecutive years from May 21, 2025, to May 20, 2030. Pant has over 39 years of legal experience and is dual-qualified in India and New York, USA.
* Sekhar Natarajan, a non-executive independent director, for a second term from May 21, 2025, to December 13, 2028. His term will continue until he reaches the age of 75, in accordance with the company’s policy on retirement of directors. Natarajan has extensive experience in the agriculture and rural sector.
* Surender Sharma, a whole-time director, for a period of five consecutive years from May 21, 2025, to May 20, 2030. Sharma is currently the Vice President, Legal, Company Secretary, and Compliance Officer at Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited.

The company noted that the aforementioned directors are not debarred from holding office. The re-appointments are subject to the approval of members through a postal ballot process, with the cut-off date for determining members eligible to receive the postal ballot notice and for e-voting set for Friday, March 21, 2025.
