(WLOS) —The North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) has concluded an officer-involved shooting in a Waynesville stand-off last fall was justified.In September, Darren Tate barricaded inside a home in the Ninevah neighborhood after a shoot-out with officers.
