Arch Insurance (Bermuda) has appointed Ms Juliette Oatley-Baia and Mr Roger Moniz as executive assurance underwriting managers, Ms Robin Saul as deputy managing director and legal counsel and Mr Scott Dunstan as casualty underwriting manager.
