Chennai: Public sector Indian Bank on Tuesday announced a tie-up with Tata Power Solar Systems Limited (TPSSL) to offer financing solutions under the Pradhan Mantri Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana scheme. The collaboration aims to bolster the adoption of solar energy among residential consumers.Residential consumers can avail loan up to Rs 2 lakh at an annual interest rate of 7%, Indian Bank said in a statement. For installations between 3KW and 10KW, a tailored financing solution that accommodates the diverse needs of homeowners has been made available.
