Chandigarh: The Haryana Right To Service Commission has imposed a fine of Rs 3,000 on a former branch manager of Punjab National Bank, Badli branch, Sanjeev Kishore Rohatgi, for not adhering to the prescribed service deadline. The bank first granted ‘principle’ approval for the complainant’s loan, but refused to disburse it later citing unsatisfactory Cibil score. The fine will be deposited in the state treasury, and the receipt of the deposited fine will have to be submitted to the commission within 30 days of the order, else the amount will be recovered according to the law for non-deposit of fine.A spokesperson said the chief commissioner of the commission, T C Gupta, had taken…
