TeraSpin has launched its new HF S 562 spindle, designed to provide low energy consumption, minimal noise, and ease of use, enhancing worker comfort and productivity. The spindle features a reduced energy consumption of up to 9% in ring frames, thanks to its dual damping system, which ensures stable running at speeds of 30,000 rpm. The product has received excellent results from its first customer, leading to significant interest in bulk orders.
The HF S 562 spindle boasts a compact design, with a minimum wharve diameter of 17 mm, making it the smallest in the world. Its two radial bearings can withstand higher radial loads, and the double elastic bolster structure minimizes the load on the neck bearing. The spindle’s compact configuration reduces oil consumption, requiring less oil volume compared to a standard spindle with an 18.5 mm wharve diameter.
The HF S 562 spindle is available with a patented Smart Yarn Catcher (SYC) feature, which has proven performance across various materials and counts. Alternatively, it can be provided with a knurling and cutter design, enhancing its energy-saving capabilities. TeraSpin’s commitment to research and development has led to the creation of innovative products, such as Smart cradle for ring frame drafting, Smart yarn catcher, and flexi weighting arms, which have distinguished the company in the market by fulfilling customer demands for quality and performance. The company’s focus on R&D has been ongoing since its acquisition of the textile machinery components division from SKF India in 2012, and the launch of the TeraSpin brand.
