Bridge and Roof Company, a Government of India enterprise, has invited bids for consultancy services for a 100 MW solar power project being developed by SJVN Green Energy. The project requires consultancy services for topographical surveys, soil investigation reports, detailed project reports, and initial layouts. The tender has a fixed total estimated cost of Rs 1.9 million, although bidders can quote a percentage increase, decrease, or remain at par with this estimate.
To qualify, bidders must have executed at least three projects worth Rs 850,000 each, or two projects worth Rs 1 million each, or one project worth Rs 1.6 million in the last seven years. Bidders must provide proof of project execution, including original notarized copies of work orders, letters of intent, and job completion certificates.
Additionally, applicants must demonstrate financial stability with an average annual financial turnover of at least Rs 650,000 over the past three years and a positive net worth during these years. A bank solvency certificate issued within the three months preceding the bid submission date is also required.
The consultancy services must be completed within three months from the issuance of the letter of intent or work order, whichever comes earlier. The last date for bid submission is March 11, 2025, and bids will be opened on the same day. The consultancy work is a crucial step in the project’s execution, ensuring precise planning and site evaluation for the SJVN Green Energy’s 100 MW solar power project.
