Punjab National Bank (PNB), India’s leading public sector bank, has launched a 24/7 NRI Customer Service Centre, along with a range of new financial services to enhance banking convenience for its Non-Resident Indian (NRI) customers. The services were launched by M. Nagaraju, Secretary, Department of Financial Services, in New Delhi. The new offerings include extended toll-free numbers in 7 countries, doorstep document pickup facility, WhatsApp banking, FCNR-(B) Forward Linked Premium Deposit Scheme, 50 exclusive NRI service branches, NRI Navigator – a comprehensive guide with FAQs, and a new user-friendly NRI website. These initiatives aim to provide accessible, personalized, and seamless banking solutions to NRI customers worldwide, while strengthening the bank’s focus on international expansion.
