The Cricket Association for the Blind in India (CABI) and Cricket Association for the Blind in Kerala (CABK) have announced the IndusInd Bank Women’s National T20 Cricket Tournament for the Blind 2025, to be held in Ernakulam, Kerala. The tournament will feature 19 teams divided into five groups, with the league stage starting on January 13, 2025, and the grand finale on January 18. Dr. R. Bindu, Minister for Higher Education & Social Justice, will be the chief guest at the grand inauguration ceremony. The tournament aims to empower women cricketers with visual impairments and provide a platform for them to showcase their skills. IndusInd Bank is the main sponsor of the event. The tournament has grown in popularity, with 19 teams participating this year, including three new teams: Vidarbha, Uttar Pradesh, and Bihar. The top four teams will compete in the semi-finals, with the winner being crowned the champion. The event aims to inspire and empower women cricketers with visual impairments, and IndusInd Bank is committed to promoting inclusivity and equality in sports.
The 2025 Blind Women’s National T20 Cricket Championship will take place in Kochi, hosted by IndusInd Bank.
