The system provides downloadable challans, instant payment confirmations, and a simplified process for managing tax obligations. The bank’s Country Head, Chinmay Dhoble, stated that this integration is a step towards becoming a fully universal bank, offering customers a comprehensive suite of products and services. The bank aims to simplify the tax payment process and enhance customer convenience. With this integration, IDFC FIRST Bank customers can now enjoy a hassle-free experience for paying direct taxes.
