Reserve Bank of India Governor Shaktikanta Das said on January 11 that the central bank is in the process of formulating a framework for securitization of stressed assets, for which a discussion paper has been issued in January, 2023.
“We have received comments, they have been examined and now we are in our way to issue revise framework for Securitisation of stressed assets,” Das said at Centre for Advanced Financial Learning (CAFRAL) conference.
