AirHelp’s 2024 Score Report Reveals the Top and Bottom-Performing Airlines of the Year

AirHelp Inc. has released its 2024 AirHelp Score report, ranking airlines globally based on customer claims, on-time performance, and passenger feedback. The report analyzed data from January to October and categorized airlines as the best and worst in the world. According to the report, Brussels Airlines is the best airline globally, surpassing Qatar Airways, which dropped to second place. United Airlines and American Airlines ranked third and fourth, respectively. On the other hand, Tunisair was ranked the worst airline, followed by Buzz, Bulgaria Air, and Pegasus Airlines, among others. Indian airline IndiGo was also ranked near the bottom at 103rd out of 109 analyzed airlines. However, IndiGo has refuted the findings, citing methodological issues and lack of transparency in the survey. The report also ranked Air India at 61st and AirAsia at 94th. The annual report aims to provide a snapshot of airline performance and encourage airlines to listen to passenger feedback.
