IndiGo to restart daily flights from Kannur to Delhi, commencing on December 12.

IndiGo is set to launch a daily flight service between the Kannur International Airport and Delhi, restoring connectivity on the route after a year and a half. The new service will commence on December 12, with flights departing Delhi at 10:10 pm and arriving in Kannur at 1:20 am, and the return service leaving Kannur at 6:20 am and arriving in Delhi at 9:25 am. Ticket bookings have begun, with fares starting at ₹5,300. IndiGo’s entry will boost connectivity for the region, benefiting travelers and fostering economic activity. The route was discontinued when Air India ceased operations in non-metro cities, including Kannur, and its resumption is expected to have a positive impact on the local community.
