Patanjali Yogpeeth celebrated its 30th foundation day with an event in Haridwar, where Swami Ramdev reflected on the organization’s growth and outlined its vision for the future. He announced plans to affiliate 5 lakh schools with the Bharatiya Shiksha Board within five years to reform education and provide a curriculum that integrates global knowledge with India’s Vedic heritage. Ramdev also highlighted Patanjali’s advancements in yoga and Ayurveda, with over 5,000 research protocols and 500 publications in international journals. He emphasized the importance of preserving India’s cultural and ideological heritage and promoting “Sanatan Dharma” globally. Acharya Balkrishna also spoke, reiterating Patanjali’s commitment to reinvesting profits into research and charitable activities. The organization has contributed over Rs 1 lakh crore to charities and aims to promote self-reliance and counter economic exploitation through a strengthened Swadeshi movement.
