Patanjali Foods Ltd. is confident of achieving a revenue of Rs 1,100 crore from its newly acquired home and personal care (HPC) business by the end of FY 2025. The company’s CEO, Sanjeev Asthana, made the statement after the integration of the HPC business with Patanjali Foods was completed on November 1. Asthana expressed confidence that the integration would be successful and that the company would start reporting results from this quarter onwards. The HPC business typically generates a monthly topline of around Rs 225 crore, which would result in an estimated revenue of Rs 1,100 crore for the five-month window provided under the acquisition agreement.
