Dabur India has received a total tax demand of ₹4.42 crore from the Commissioner of Customs (Prev.) in Patna. The demand includes a tax amount of ₹1.06 crore, interest of ₹2.11 crore, and a fine of ₹1.25 crore, all related to IGST on the import of goods from June 2019 to April 2024. The company plans to challenge the order before the appellate tribunal. Despite receiving the order on December 5, 2024, Dabur assures that the demand will have no impact on its financial operations and other activities. The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
