The market capitalization of Infosys Ltd. increased by Rs 1,183 crore to Rs 8.00 lakh crore. Meanwhile, Reliance Industries Ltd. (RIL) lost nearly Rs 3,112 crore, leaving its market cap at Rs 17.5 lakh crore. ICICI Bank Ltd. lost Rs 2,606 crore, reducing its market cap to Rs 9.16 lakh crore, and HCL Technology lost nearly Rs 2,293 crore, taking its market cap to Rs 5.13 lakh crore. RIL remained the most valuable firm, followed by TCS, HDFC Bank Ltd., Airtel, ICICI Bank, Infosys, State Bank of India, Hindustan Unilever Ltd., ITC Ltd., and HCLTech in the ranking.
