Harsha Vardhan Agarwal, Managing Director and Vice Chairman of Emami Group, took over as the President of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) for 2024-25 on November 21, 2024. He succeeded Anish Shah as the President. Other office bearers of FICCI for FY 2024-25 include Anant Goenka as Senior Vice President and Vijay Sankar as Vice President. FICCI is one of the major business lobby groups in India, representing the interests of business groups and lobbying with the government to create policies favorable to business.

FICCI was established in 1927 and claims to be the largest business organization in India. Its headquarters is in New Delhi. Other prominent business lobby groups in India include the Associated Chambers of Commerce & Industry of India (ASSOCHAM), Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), and NASSCOM (National Association of Software and Service Companies). ASSOCHAM is headed by President Sanjay Nayar, CII is headed by President Sanjiv Puri, and NASSCOM is headed by President Debjani Ghosh (until November 2024) and will be succeeded by Rajesh Nambiar.
