New gender-neutral workwear has been offered to staff at Jaguar Land Rover. The change has been made after the firm said gender PPE (personal protective equipment) gap was a major issue.
JLR said female workers across the industry have raised concerns about discomfort and safety risks, lacking properly designed workwear, reports BirminghamLive. The new clothing line is also for Hijab wearers.
