Kawale brings 16 years of experience in the industry, having worked with prominent organizations such as Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Abbott, GSK, and L’Oréal. Most recently, he served as Business Head of Cosmetology at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, where he played a key role in developing and scaling skincare business strategies.
