TVS has launched a new version of its scrambler-style motorcycle, the Ronin 2025, in India, with updates that include two new colors, dual-channel ABS for the mid-variant, and additional features. The bike is designed to blend neo-retro styling with modern features and performance.
The Ronin 2025 has a 225.9cc BS6 engine that produces 20.1 bhp and 19.93 Nm of torque, paired with a 5-speed gearbox for smooth acceleration and effortless cruising. The bike is also incredibly light, with a weight of just 159 kg, making it one of the lightest cruiser bikes in its class.
In terms of design, the Ronin 2025 features a full-LED lighting system, an asymmetrically mounted LCD instrument cluster, and TVS SmartXonnect Bluetooth connectivity. It also includes features such as ABS modes for rain and road, Glide Through Technology (GTT) for smooth riding in city traffic, and a suspension setup that includes USD forks and a monoshock for stable and comfortable handling.
The bike is available in a range of colors, including Glacier Silver, Charcoal Ember, Lightning Black, Magma Red, Nimbus Grey, and Midnight Blue, making it easy to find one that suits your style. The base variant starts at Rs 1.35 lakh (ex-showroom), making it an excellent value-for-money option.
Competing with other strong players in the market, such as the Royal Enfield Hunter 350 and Honda CB350 RS, the TVS Ronin 2025 stands out with its lighter weight, better mileage, advanced features, and affordable pricing. Overall, the Ronin 2025 is an excellent option for riders who value a mix of classic design, modern technology, and a fun riding experience.
