Hero MotoCorp is set to introduce a new motorcycle in India, based on the Mavrick 440, expected to be known as the Mavrick 440 Scrambler. A trademark filing for the name has surfaced, with a potential launch slated for early or mid-next year. The leaked images suggest cosmetic changes to the standard Mavrick 440, including a round-shaped headlight setup, stylish alloy wheels, and a split seating arrangement. The model is expected to feature a tubular crash guard and sump guard. Mechanically, it will retain the same 440cc single-cylinder engine, producing 27bhp and 36Nm, paired with a 6-speed transmission and assist/slipper clutch. While an official release date has not been announced, fans of the Mavrick 440 series are eagerly awaiting the scrambler version’s arrival.
Patent design for the Hero Mavrick 440 Scrambler surfaces, hinting at an imminent launch.
