Nissan Motor India has reached a milestone of 5 lakh unit sales in the country. The company’s all-new Magnite facelift has been well-received in the Indian market and abroad. As a result, Nissan is planning to increase the prices of its cars by up to 2% from January 2025. This move is in line with other companies that are also expected to raise prices in the new year. In November 2024, Nissan sold a total of 9,040 cars, including 2,342 domestic sales and 6,698 exports, a 62% increase from October 2024. The company’s exports have seen a significant surge, growing by 222% year-on-year and 173.5% month-on-month. The Nissan Magnite facelift features advanced technology, including a wireless charger, around view monitor, and remote engine start, as well as safety features like 6 airbags. The car is available with two engine options and starts at a price of ₹6 lakhs.
