PASCO, Wash.-Two people are behind bars, suspected of stealing a car after an early morning chase between Pasco and Finley on June 26.The chase started around 4:49 a.m. when Pasco police spotted a Jeep that had been reported stolen driving around Pasco and tried to stop it.
