Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) has announced a recruitment drive for 64 Junior Manager (E-0 Grade) posts across 13 technical and support departments. The vacancy distribution is as follows: 10 posts for Scheduled Caste (SC), 6 posts for Scheduled Tribe (ST), 16 posts for Other Backward Classes – Non-Creamy Layer (OBC-NCL), 6 posts for Economically Weaker Section (EWS), 26 posts for Unreserved (UR), and 4 posts for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD). The eligibility criteria vary from discipline to discipline. For example, candidates interested in the Mining category must possess a Diploma with 5 years of experience and a valid Foreman’s Certificate, or a degree in Mining Engineering with 2 years of experience and mandatory Mines Manager/Foreman certification.

The application fee is Rs 1000 for General, OBC, and EWS candidates, while PwBD candidates and other categories are exempted from the fee. The selection criterion is based on a computer-based test, followed by document verification and other processes. The selected candidates will receive a basic pay of Rs 30,000 in the pay scale of Rs 30,000–3%–1,20,000 at the start.
