The HCL Cyclothon Hyderabad 2025 has successfully concluded with an impressive turnout of over 1,900 cyclists from across the country. The event, organized by HCL Group in association with the Government of Telangana and the Cycling Federation of India (CFI), offered a scenic and competitive route through Hyderabad’s urban and green landscapes. The event was graced by Shri Jishnu Dev Varma, the Honourable Governor of Telangana, as the Chief Guest.
The cyclists competed in multiple categories for a record prize pool of ₹33.6 lakh, solidifying the event’s position as India’s premier cycling competition. The winners of the Professional Elite Race (50 km) were Harshveer Singh from Punjab and Pooja Baban Danole from Maharashtra. The event also saw winners in various other categories, including Amateur Road Race, Amateur MTB Race, and more.
The event was hailed as a testament to the growing awareness around fitness, sustainability, and community well-being. Shri Jishnu Dev Varma, Governor of Telangana, praised the event, stating that it is inspiring to see people from all walks of life come together to celebrate the spirit of cycling and champion a healthier, greener India.
