The company is leveraging AI to improve efficiency in contact centers, enhance cybersecurity measures for telecom clients, and drive efficiency in business process outsourcing (BPO).
In Japan, Tech Mahindra is seeing significant AI adoption in manufacturing, BFSI, and retail, while in New Zealand, the company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the University of Auckland to support AI and quantum computing internships, aimed at talent development, localization, and fostering research and innovation.
The company is also actively engaged in modernizing New Zealand’s telecom infrastructure and government services, helping telecom operators launch 3G and 5G services, modernizing technology estates, and transitioning legacy broadband to fiber networks.
