Isha Ambani, the daughter of billionaire Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani, has made a name for herself in the business world. She took up this role in 2014, after graduating from Yale University with a degree in psychology and South Asian studies. According to reports, Isha’s first job at McKinsey & Company paid her a “token amount”, as her primary focus was on gaining experience and expertise rather than a large salary. After leaving McKinsey, Isha joined Reliance Industries and currently heads Reliance Retail, a subsidiary of the company. As the managing director of Reliance Retail Ventures Limited, she has played a crucial role in expanding the company’s retail business, which has grown exponentially under her leadership.

Isha’s net worth is estimated to be around Rs 800 crore, with an annual income of Rs 4.2 crore. She also owns a number of assets, including a stake in the Tira Beauty platform, which she co-founded. Under her leadership, Reliance Retail has opened over 3,300 stores across the country, making it one of the largest retailers in India.

Isha has also received several accolades for her achievements, including being named the ‘Icon of the Year’ at the Harper’s Bazaar Women of the Year Awards 2024. She is an accomplished pianist and has also received recognition as the world’s second youngest billionaire heiress by Forbes.
