Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Salesforce announced a new collaboration to help companies in the manufacturing and semiconductor industries leverage artificial intelligence (AI) to drive business value. The partnership aims to unlock data-driven insights for smarter selling and exceptional service.

As part of this collaboration, TCS launched three initiatives: the Semiconductor Sales Accelerator, which uses data-driven insights to boost sales; Seller for the Future, which provides real-time insights, predictive analytics, and personalized recommendations; and Digital Field Service, which equips field technicians with real-time information, predictive maintenance insights, and optimized scheduling.

The partnership combines TCS’s industry expertise and Salesforce’s cloud capabilities to help manufacturers and semiconductor chipmakers unlock the value of their data. This is particularly important in the manufacturing and semiconductor industries, where fast-paced markets require access to accurate, real-time information for sales success.
