A proposal has been made to construct fountains at the Westside location in West Jacksonville.

Cross Regions Group, the developer behind The Fountains at St. Johns, is planning a new mixed-use development in West Jacksonville. The Fountains at Westside will be a smaller version of its St. Augustine counterpart, featuring retail, restaurants, healthcare, and hospitality services. The 26.2-acre site, located at southeast Lane Avenue and Ramona Boulevard, is mostly undeveloped, with the exception of an Office Depot store that will be renovated and integrated into the project. Development plans include a smaller scale than the St. Augustine location, but will still offer a similar range of amenities and services.
