The School Education Department in Coimbatore and Tiruppur districts has initiated a guidance program to help Plus Two students secure entry into HCL Tech’s Early Career Programme for the 2025-26 session. The program, under the Naan Mudhalvan initiative, aims to provide 12 months of training with a stipend of ₹10,000 per month and placement in full-time jobs at HCL. The program attracted 500 students for the entrance exam last year, with 130 advancing to the second round and six securing placements. Eligible students can participate if they expect to secure 75% marks in the Plus Two public examination or CBSE students with more than 70% marks. Career guidance sessions are being conducted every month at the school level, with plans to increase the frequency to twice a month.
