Tata Steel’s FAMD EIC receives prestigious ‘Nature Care Award 2024’ recognition

Pankaj Satija, Executive-In-Charge of Tata Steel’s Ferro Alloys and Minerals Division, has been awarded the prestigious “Nature Care Award 2024” for his contributions as a corporate leader and social thinker. The award was presented to him at the National Level Conclave on “Future Earth – People’s Participation in Climate Resilience” held at the Constitution Club of India in New Delhi. The conclave aimed to encourage dialogue and actions for a more sustainable and resilient future, focusing on climate change adaptation and community engagement. Satija attended the event as a Guest of Honour and Panel Speaker, sharing insights on the role of industry in addressing climate challenges and the importance of involving local communities in climate resilience initiatives. He emphasized the need for collective action and collaboration with all stakeholders, including industry, to drive success in climate resilience efforts.
