Ambuja Cements celebrated a milestone with 51 SEDI trainees from Chhattisgarh at the Diwali Milan event. The trainees, including 24 alumni from Ambuja’s Skill and Entrepreneurship Development Institutes (SEDI) in Bhatapara and Rawan, were honored by Chhattisgarh’s Chief Minister, Cabinet Minister, and District Collector for securing employment in renowned organizations. The district administration’s “Hum Honge Kamyab” initiative recognized the trainees’ career achievements. One of the trainees shared that SEDI provided her with the skills and confidence to secure a job and improve her family’s living standards. Ambuja Cements remains committed to empowering rural communities through skill development and creating sustainable livelihood opportunities, promoting stronger, self-sufficient communities and transformations across India.
