BOSCH India Foundation and Medhavi Group have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on skill development initiatives in India, with a focus on Northeastern states. The partnership aims to empower underprivileged youth with employable skills through BOSCH’s BRIDGE program, a three-month training module in sectors such as automotive, healthcare, manufacturing, and digital technologies. The program will be offered at Medhavi Group training centers, targeting school or college dropouts. BOSCH will provide knowledge, expertise, and placement opportunities to the program. The MoU highlights the organizations’ commitment to the Government of India’s Skill India Mission and workforce development. The partnership aims to provide training to thousands of youths in the next few years, helping to bridge the gap between education and employability. This collaboration is expected to have a significant positive impact on employment and economic growth in the target regions, including the Northeast.
