Christoph Kilian, a 51-year-old executive, will be leaving Robert Bosch Power Tools GmbH at the end of 2024. According to the company, he is choosing to leave the Bosch Group to pursue another career path. Kilian has been a member of the company’s Divisional Board of Management since 2023, overseeing business units including Global Tools, Outdoor & Garden, and Rotary Tools. He also handled fields such as user experience (UX) and design. Thomas Donato and Lennart de Vet will temporarily take over Kilian’s responsibilities. The company’s Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Dr. Christian Fischer, expressed disappointment at Kilian’s decision, praising his contributions to the company’s consumer goods divisions over the past 25 years.
