Customers of the Bank of Maharashtra (BoM) in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar are facing inconvenience due to the non-functioning of three of the bank’s ATM centers. The ATMs are located next to the bank’s branches, but have been out of service, causing frustration for customers who need to use them to perform transactions. One customer reported visiting all three ATMs, only to find that they were not functioning. The ATMs were not displaying any notices to indicate that they were out of service, leading customers to waste their time and energy. The customer reported that the staff at one of the branches was aware of the issue, but told him to wait for a few days for it to be resolved. Another ATM had its shutter down, while a handwritten note at a third location stated that the machine was not working. The customers are finding it particularly frustrating, especially during a time of high petrol prices, to have to make multiple visits to the ATMs, only to find that they are not working.
