A new electric SUV has been spotted in recent approved vehicles register which hints at the entry of another EV brand into the Australian market.
Deepal, a sub-brand of China’s automotive giant, Changan, has had its S07 electric SUV approved for the Australian market, giving it the thumbs up to be offered to Australian customers.
It has similar dimensions to the Tesla Model Y, is likely to be priced below $50,000, and will offer up to 480 kms in range.
