On 10 April 2024 AFG Aviation Ireland Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aircraft Finance Germany GmbH, successfully completed the acquisition of two (2) Airbus A319-115 aircraft bearing manufacturer’s serial numbers 7284 and 7318 from a US-investor consortium managed by Crestone Air Partners, Inc. (United States). Both aircraft were previously operated by Avianca (Colombia) and were redelivered earlier this year.
